To return Easy Peasies items purchased on our retail website, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, for a refund (less shipping and handling charges), or an exchange (less shipping and handling charges).
Returned Easy Peasies items must be in their original packaging, with the tags on, unused, and in resalable condition. If the return has been used, unfortunately no credit will be issued- but you can choose to have the used merchandise shipped back to you at your expense.
Before returning any Easy Peasies, start by sending us an email detailing your request to info @ easypeasies.com with “RETURN” in the subject field. Please send us a reason for the return, the name of the item you’d like to return, and a copy of your receipt (screen shot is fine) and order number, so that we can begin the return process for you.
Upon receipt of the returned item, a full refund will be applied, minus the actual cost of shipping. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, including the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the package to you. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages when shipping items back to us.
Purchases made with Easy Peasies promotional codes, coupons or gift certificates are eligible for exchange only. Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on final sale, clearance or seconds quality items.
For cloth diaper, diaper inserts, cloth pads, menstrual cups, or wetbag purchases, always verify your purchase to ensure the correct sizing. Once diapers, menstrual pads, or wetbags have been washed and/or used, they are not valid for refunds or exchanges for hygienic reasons. Baltic amber should be packaged carefully so as not to be damaged in transit.
